Welcome to our Beginner Kathak dance class! Kathak is a classical dance form of storytelling, in Sanskrit 'Katha' meaning 'Story'! Learn the rhythmic foot patterns, hand gestures, controlled spins and facial expressions that bring depth to the dance. Know how simple joy of dancing helps are enhancing agility, balance, coordination, improving concentration and memory. No previous dance experience is required to join this class. Let's embark on your graceful dance journey with us! FORMAT: This class meets weekly for 50 mins. You will now pay one-time registration fees of $15 to secure a spot. When you show up for your first class—you'll be placed on a monthly subscription plan you can pause or cancel any time. If you enjoyed your first class, then we’ll see you next week, same time, same place. If you didn’t enjoy your first class, your subscription will be canceled, with full refund.
