Through weekly practice sessions, they’ll master vocal strength, body language, and how to craft compelling speeches on topics that matter to them. Students will also develop essential leadership skills such as teamwork, active listening, empathy, and problem-solving. These foundational soft skills are the building blocks of success, helping children become more resilient and ready to tackle real-world challenges. Led by an instructor who specializes in people-centric advocacy in the workplace, this course creates a safe and supportive space for children to grow, shine, and discover the leader and speaker within. Soft skills are hard to master. Behavioral, social, and emotional skills are known to be key ingredients to success. In this course, we help students develop a leadership muscle — for greater resilience — so that they’re ready tackle bigger challenges in life. Students will continuously learn to develop a strong leadership presence. Grow from a beginner level through an expert proficiency in the four skill levels that are available for this course — receiving a certificate at each level. All required supplies included in the price of the course! **FORMAT: This class meets weekly for 50 mins. You will now pay one-time registration fees of $25 to secure a spot. When you show up for your first class—you'll be placed on a monthly subscription plan you can pause or cancel any time. If you enjoyed your first class, then we’ll see you next week, same time, same place. If you didn’t enjoy your first class, your subscription will be canceled, with full refund.
