Service Description
Our stretching classes are designed to complement your dance classes as they help focus on the targeted muscle groups used for dancing. Classes focus on range of motion, turnout, rotation, flexibility, technique, strength, and conditioning through dynamic and static stretches and warm-up and cool-down combinations. Bring your energy, and we'll bring the yoga mats and other fitness equipment typically used in yoga and Pilates classes! Format: This class meets weekly for 50 mins. You will pay a one-time registration fee of $15 online to secure a spot. When you show up for your first class—you'll be placed on a monthly subscription plan you can pause or cancel any time. If you enjoyed your first class, then we’ll see you next week, same time, same place. If you didn’t enjoy your first class, your subscription will be canceled, with full refund.
