Funniest Person in the Triangle (Youth)

You can be the funniest person in the Triangle Area — this is your opportunity to show it!

This event series (6-7 PM on Saturdays) is for comedians in the age group of 10-17 years - it's a family friendly event. (Note: there is another series for adult comedians (7:30 PM - 8:30 PM) - which is for adult audience)

The Funniest Person in the Triangle will feature live Improvisational performances.  The host will offer funny scenarios and games to an interactive audience which the participants will then perform. (It will be similar to Whose Line is It Anyways)  The Improv performances will take place Saturdays starting on Nov. 12.  There will be two categories: Teens ages 10-17 from 6:00p-7:00p and Adults 7:30p-8:30p.

The performances in November and December will function as an Open Casting Call.  The best performers will be invited back for a 10-week competition commencing in January 2023.  At the end of the competition our First Funniest Person in the Triangle will be crowned and prizes will be awarded!!! The top three competitors will receive a year's membership to a local theater and tickets to some great shows!
