Class & Camp Booking Policies

When booking classes, courses, or camps, clients are required to agree to the following booking policies at the time of booking:
(*) Photo Release: The client agrees to grant Lune Spark permission to record the participation of the student on video or by photograph and to use it for promotion and public relations on the web, in print, and at other Lune Spark functions for promotional purposes only. Such recordings are the sole property of Lune Spark.
(*) Artistic Product Sharing: The client acknowledges and permits Lune Spark to share the student's creative work (such as camp movies, drawings, paintings, music files, or any artwork created during classes or camps) with other Lune Spark students and their parents through both private and public channels, including platforms like Lune Spark TV on YouTube, IMDB, and other reputable streaming services. Lune Spark is dedicated to serving as a platform to showcase students' creative expressions. We take great pride in featuring our students' work on esteemed platforms and submitting them to various contests and film festivals.

(*) Lune Spark Culture Statement: The customer acknowledges they have read the Lune Spark Culture Statement (below), and understand and agree that Lune Spark reserves the right to ask parents to pick up their students before the full duration of the class(es) and/or camp(s) in situations related to the student’s health, safety, or wellbeing and/or when the student’s behavior threatens the health, safety, or wellbeing of other Lune Spark students and/or when the student’s behavior impacts the high quality service levels promised by Lune Spark and received by other students.

Lune Spark L.L.C. and its affiliates (“Lune Spark” or “we”) provides its content on its websites or applications that post a link to this Terms of Use (the “Site”) subject to the following terms and conditions (the “Terms”).
