This course will explore the world of digital art through dynamic 3D Animation! We begin with the fundamentals of 3D modeling and gradually advance to textures, lighting, rigging, camera angles, and environment design. As their technical knowledge grows, students also learn the art of visual storytelling, developing original storylines, experimenting with perspectives, and refining their creative ideas. Projects are progressive, giving each student the opportunity to gain confidence in industry-standard software over time. Students will learn industry-ready software techniques and build a compelling portfolio. They will also gain valuable insight into how 3D animation is used in the real world, from entertainment and film to games and design. This course is perfect for teens eager to combine imagination with technology and explore a future in digital arts. We welcome students at all skill levels — no experience required! Format: You will pay a one-time registration fee of $50 online to secure a spot. When you show up for your first class—you'll be placed on a monthly subscription plan you can pause or cancel any time. If you enjoyed your first class, then we’ll see you next week, same time, same place. If you didn’t enjoy your first class, your subscription will be canceled, with full refund.
