Service Description

This course introduces students to the exciting world of 3D printing! We begin with the essentials of 3D design, exploring how shapes, structures, and models come together to form functional and creative objects. As students gain confidence, we move into more advanced concepts such as print settings, material properties, troubleshooting, etc. Students will also sharpen their problem-solving and design-thinking skills by creating objects with real-world purpose. Projects are hands-on and progressive, allowing each student to gain knowledge in industry-standard 3D modeling software while learning to bring their ideas from concept to a physical reality. From personalized keychains, mini-figurines, mechanical parts and custom prototypes, students will print a series of increasingly complex creations. By the end of the course, students will be comfortable using professional tools. They will understand how 3D printing is applied across industries such as engineering, product design, medicine, architecture, and art. This class will allow young engineers to develop an impressive collection of printed work to showcase their skills. All skill levels are welcome—no experience needed! Format: You will pay a one-time registration fee of $50 online to secure a spot. When you show up for your first class—you'll be placed on a monthly subscription plan you can pause or cancel any time. If you enjoyed your first class, then we’ll see you next week, same time, same place. If you didn’t enjoy your first class, your subscription will be canceled, with full refund.
